vous proposez un sac de protection pour la batterie mais pas pour le panneau solaire , est-ce que cet article existe ??

So I've had eb55 less then a month now. I had 100% down to 40% left so i depleted the battery but it went from 40% to 0% instantly. So I timed the charge at 2 hours and 5 minutes to charge to 100%, bluetti says it should take 3.2 hours to charge. So I'm not sure if my lifpo battery is a bad battery.So I did another test to see if battery depletes fast. I took 2 hot water makers that run a little over 300w each and plugged them into 2 of the 110v outlets, and timed the hot water makers which are the same made by balbali, it takes 5.5 minutes until the hot water heater turns off at boiling point. So I rinsed and repeated again till the battery was depleted. The eb55 was able to boil water 5 times each for 5.5 minutes, 5x5.5=27.5 minutes for a little over 610w running the whole time. The eb55 is 537wph. With that being said I should of had at least 20 more minutes with the watts I've been running. Mind you the hot water makers run at 50hz which I switched the eb55 too. Recharged time again was just over 2 hours. My battery dies too early. Tried to call bluetti but of course your directed to a full mail box. So I wrote 2 emails yesterday 7-13, so hopefully they can help me out with my new $500 paper weight.On a side note before purchase I emailed company asking if they are having a sale and they said yes and what date, which didn't turn out to be a sale but same price. So I waited a week and saw no price change. So I went ahead with purchase. 1 week after purchase they dropped the price down $50 for the orange model.I really hope bluetti can help me out cause this is Bull**** how much I spent just to have a bad lifpo battery. That is why I went through bluetti cause I like the idea of 2500x charge until 80%. If they can help me out I will edit my review.Update: bluetti was quick to respond in helping me. So I brought my review from 1 to 3 star. Just waiting on bluetti answer. Best way to contact bluetti is through Amazon contact seller it seems. It only took about 8 hours for a response, then email.Update: they sent me a new one, and this one works way better then the 1st one! I am pleased thank you bluetti.

Sarah from Bluetti provided outstanding customer service.I had purchased this last year and recently I had trouble as to why my battery kept discharging so fast. I liked the battery and it's pretty durable. I mainly used the device for my CPAP machine. It worked wonders for 2 days use long with the phone charging and minimal usage during the day.I wish I knew what the issue for why it quickly discharged and the eco mode wasn't working for me. When I asked for help through the vendor contact. Sarah was able to help me go through Bluetti's troubleshooting process. I was able to follow all the directions and since it didn't work out I was given options on how to proceed.I am thankful for their promptness and genuine concern. I saw in the past that (specifically during the Covid lockdown period) that lots of people have had issues with the lack of communication between Bluetti and it's customers. All I can say is that my experience was exceptional and that they do have a great product when it's working as intended and they do care for their customers and will go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction!

Yes, I ordered the EB55 for a trip I was going on over the Holidays. I was leaving around the 1st or 2nd of July and the Power Station was suppose to be delivered on the 1st. Well the shipper lost the package and it never did get to me, but it was not the sellers fault. While I was away on my trip for the Holidays I thought hey, I could use one of these for an emergency at home seeing I live in a hurricane zone. So I went ahead an ordered the next size up the "EB70S". One of reasons I stayed with the Bluetti is because they were so accommodating thru the whole process of trying to find the package and so forth. They always got back to very quickly and answered all my questions. When they found out the package could not be found they reimbursed me within hours. I want to especially thank Sarah for walking me thru the whole processes. She was a pleasure to work with.I will for sure purchase from this company again, and I will tell my friends and a acquaintances.Thank you Bluetti!Bill H. Satisfied Customer...

WOULD OF GIVEN IT A 5 EXCEPT FOR: INSTRUCTIONS MAY BE LACKING FOR THOSE WITH NO TECH BACKGROUND. AS A RETIRED COMPUTER/ELECTRONIC TECH I HAD NO PROBLEM. THE CABLES FOR USE WITH A SOLAR PANEL SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE PANELS, NOT THE BACK UP POWER UNIT. PUT A COUPLE OF USB CABLES IN THEIR PLACE. WAS WELL PACKED, ARRIVED IN A REASONABLE TIME AND HAS A GOOD WARRANTY. A WAY TO REGISTER WARRANTY ON LINE NOT PROVIDED, A SIMPLE WAY SHOULD BE PROVIDED. SOLID GOOD LOOKING UNIT, BUILT IN LIGHT A PLUS. DO NOT HESITATE TO BY!!!

Best bang for the buck! Packed with options for use, a long life, and a LiFePro battery at a competitive price…what more could one ask for. I honestly don’t know why anyone would still buy Jackery Lithium Ion unless they don’t know how to research lol. Love the wireless charger built into the top and the fold in handle. Space is at a premium in my camping rig and the size/shape of the battery works! I guess for longevity the proof will be in the long haul but it works great for me so far!
